This wine is made from Mourvèdre (70%) and Grenache (30%).The fifty-year old vines give it maturity and strength. Aging in wood casks gives it a slightly vanilly, yet fruity nose.
Ample and pleasant, this wine develops red berries ( red and black currents) aromas ; its fine and smooth tannins bring it structure and elegance.

To be served with broiled mutton leg.
