Red «  Cuvée Tradition » :

 

 

It is composed of a blend of Syrah, Grenache and Cabernet Sauvignon. Dark and strong coloured, with a harmonious nose, between liquorice and vanilla, with hints of red fruits.

Tannins smoothened by new wood casks give this wine  volume in the mouth. It can keep 6 to 10 years.

Serve between 16 and 18°C with full-flavoured meat-dishes or a truffle pastry.
